Jonah Ocean
Jonah Ocean is a multi instrumentalist and singer based in Vancouver. Raised in a musical family, he has been singing for as long as he can remember. Being exposed to a wide variety of spiritual traditions as a child, and then studying classical and jazz music in college – Jonah now combines his background knowledge and skill set to offer medicine music at a high level. Before becoming a full time musician, Jonah also worked as an elementary school music teacher for 6 years, sharpening his ability to attune music for an intimate group setting. In 2021 Jonah began playing music for plant medicine ceremonies and has since played for over 50 ceremonies with various practitioners.
